This shipping policy applies only to orders placed within Canada.

Shipping Duration:
Once an order has shipped, it typically takes 3–5 business days to arrive, depending on your specific location.

Order Cut off Time:
Orders submitted before 3:00 PM (GMT-07:00, Mountain Standard Time) will begin processing on the same business day; orders submitted after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Our Shipping Partners:
We partner with UPS to provide reliable and secure shipping services across Canada.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Undelivered Orders:
If you do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us via email. We will investigate the matter in coordination with our shipping department and logistics partners, and we will promptly provide you with an update on the status of your order.

Returned Packages:
If a package is returned to us—due to being unclaimed, refused, or sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout—additional shipping and handling fees may apply for reshipment.

Please note that returned packages may be temporarily held by the courier company for a period of time before being returned to us.

Lost Package Protocol:
If you suspect that your package has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with UPS.

The investigation may take several business days to complete. If the package is confirmed to be lost, we will offer you one of the following two options:

A replacement shipment (subject to product availability); or a full refund.

We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
While we strive to deliver all orders within a reasonable timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These circumstances include, but are not limited to:
Weather alerts,
Natural disasters,
Transportation disruptions,
Periods of peak demand, etc.
In such instances, we will make every reasonable effort to keep you informed of the situation in a timely manner.

Changing the Shipping Address:
If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that once an order has shipped, it may not be possible to change the delivery address. Incorrect Address:
If your order is returned because the address you provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, you may be responsible for the additional shipping costs required to reship the order.

Order Cancellation:
