We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be brand new, unused, and unworn, in the same condition that you received it.
Be in its original packaging with all brand tags intact.
Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Our return policy is 30 days: You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving the product.
Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are covered by us only if the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was shipped; otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
No restocking fees are charged.
Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If there are any issues with the invoice, damage to the item, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and resolve the issue.
Exchange Policy
Within 30 days of receipt, items may be exchanged free of charge if they exhibit quality issues, damage, or if the wrong item was shipped.

For exchanges requested due to personal reasons, the item must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original, intact packaging, ensuring it remains suitable for resale. Shipping costs incurred due to errors on our part will be covered by the store; however, shipping costs for returns or exchanges requested for personal reasons must be borne by the customer.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will happily reship it to you, provided that you entered the correct shipping address at checkout. Unless you specifically request a refund, we will wait 30 days; if the package has not arrived by then, we will happily process a refund for you. Our customer service team will check the order status every other week and provide updates.
Refunds
We will notify you immediately once we have received and inspected your returned item and approved your refund request. If approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 1–3 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
